Opposite experience here. Had a battery issue on my powerhero11 and they sent me a new battery (old one still works just doesn't last 40 min like the new one). Consumable Parts on tineco website are available (filters, etc). Had my tineco for 3+ years and been very happy with it (use it at least twice per week).

Does it actually mop? Or just suck up liquid? I need something that mops because it seems like my floors need to be constantly scrubbed and I'm tired of mopping lol

It's alright. Its only function is cleaning hard floors. I bought it thinking it would be a vacuum as well but it's not.

Same. Ordered a spare battery for my tineco and it was DOA, but they sent me a replacement.

I had an i3 that was almost 2years old and there was something wrong with the battery. Contacted the company, sent them pictures and video via email.i sent them the vacuum using a shipping label they provided. They sent me a brand new vacuum. I think their customer service is amazing.
