Saw it in my account, YMMV. "Save $50*
on a future qualifying purchase of $50 or more when approved for a Target Circle™ Credit or Debit Card.
*Offer redeemable through Target Circle™. Offer details below."
Or "Get a $50 credit*
when you open a Target Circle™️ Reloadable account and spend $50 at Target."

this offer is back, here is the last time it was posted:

read the last comment which sums up some tips for doing the reloadable card which is different than the other two options.
I think the Reloadable card is easier, no credit pull, and you can add up to $50 worth of purchases over 45 days... there may be no credit pull or soft credit poll for the debit card
Edit: now it says "… then activate the personalized card once received in the mail and spend $50 (net of reversals/returns) at Target ("$50 transaction") with your activated personalized card within 45 days of registration. (Purchases made with virtual temporary card do not qualify.) Statement credit will be posted to the account within 30 days of the $50 transaction. The $50 transaction must occur in one transaction at a Target location or at target.com; if you get cash back at the register during your purchase, the transaction will not qualify for this promotion. Limit one (1) acquisition credit per guest in their lifetime (including RedCard Reloadable Account). Offer subject to change or cancellation at any time. This optional offer is not provided by Pathward."
there seem to be no exclusions for the reloadable card offer?

You must first spend $50 using the Target Card - you will then be re-reimbursed with a $50 credit.

I just signed up for the reloadable.
Does anyone know if you can buy a gift card for $50 to meet the requirements?
