Got mine for a total of $849 (with tax)
Microsoft cashback is 30% (supposedly capped at $200...but maybe they will let it slide for black friday/cyber monday sales) but at least $200, and up to $300 for the 4070, better res monitor config ($1079)
American Express has $100 back on $1000 purchase.
So for the $1079 config, should be -$200 MS cashback, -$100 AMEX, $779, and maybe as cheap as $679 if MS doesn't cap the cashback
