Sorry, I didn't make it clear originally. I had the quest 3 last year before quest plus subscription was a thing, so this is not only for new device. It just appeared in my meta app, I clicked on it, and got the three months for free.
But this is YMMV

Also the 2 "free" games a month are basically PS+ type "free" meaning you lose access to them when your subscription ends but get access back when you resub.

Click the 3 bars/hamburger icon in top right.
Scroll down to Payment & Subscriptions.
Click on Meta Quest+
At the bottom right click view bundle.
There you'll see you have a 3 month offer.
From the Meta Quest terms "Must activate Qualifying Product and redeem Offer within ninety (90) days of purchase or by October 15, 2025 (11:59 pm PT)"
