Ground a bit finer than usual to get 36g out in 35 seconds; seems to like the longer brew times. The light roasts are like grinding rocks they are so much more dense than dark roasts!
ETA: can't go wrong with this $100 off deal that pops up a couple times a year on either the standard or plus Bambino. Might I also recommend a CrossCreek portafilter; the brew basket has more surface area and NO PLASTIC INSIDE, unlike the stock portafilter. No need for an IMS basket with the CC.
If you keep the bambino you can save a lot of money and use that to upgrade your grinder which will make your shots significantly better.
