FYI you will be stuck to only brewing dark espresso roasts with a bambino plus due to lack of temperature control. To brew medium and light roasts the next jump is a PID controller modified Gaggia which will be a $700-900 investment.
I brew single shots of medium espresso just fine. Tastes good to me too but maybe my tastes are not refined enough to notice an issue

I ordered bambino few days ago, already shipped, do you think this one worth it?
Yes, bambino is plasticky and for the little extra the plus is a big difference in build quality and features. I've used both

Depends on the bean I suppose. I have had only extremely sour experiences personally.

Are you using fresh beans? When I'm using my older, cheaper beans I do notice a little sourness but nothing too crazy. Fresh beans within like 2-3 weeks are great though.

After 2 years with a non-plus Bambino, pulled many delicious shots using single origin light roasts, most recently a bag of locally roasted Peru Cenfrocafe. 1zpresso hand grinder.

Ground a bit finer than usual to get 36g out in 35 seconds; seems to like the longer brew times. The light roasts are like grinding rocks they are so much more dense than dark roasts!

ETA: can't go wrong with this $100 off deal that pops up a couple times a year on either the standard or plus Bambino. Might I also recommend a CrossCreek portafilter; the brew basket has more surface area and NO PLASTIC INSIDE, unlike the stock portafilter. No need for an IMS basket with the CC.

Going around Marshalls and Homegoods for days trying to get a Pro for $500 but no luck. Guess im set for the Bambino Plus. Save the extra for the grinder. Probably df54.
Just saw the Pro at a Homesense near me. I own a Plus tho + a separate grinder and absolutely love it!

Got the infuser for $350 but it hasn't shipped yet. Better to get this for a beginner? I don't care much for lattes or milk-based drinks

False. I pulled two shots per day for the last 18 months off my Bambino. The lightest roasts I can find.
