They are not the same. The 6.0 has a longer run time, but the 5.0 High Output battery pack has 25% more power over the standard Red Lithium packs.

6.0's won't get you the 10a discharge of the 5.0's. Required watching below for those wanting to maximize their M12 tools. It's how 12v tools can outperform 24v tools….amps matter.

Yes. Even the slim 2.0 packs can do that. Make sure you have it on '3' to take them off. To put them on start them by hand and I use '1' to tighten them down before I set the vehicle on the ground torque them to spec by hand.
