citi travel partner flight/hotel are really meh for domestic. i dont think any of them were good. amex/chase has better option for travel and hotel.

6 cpp easily? There're absolutely ways to get that and more, but this is nowhere near normal. I believe Citi sells TY points at 2.5 cpp, so if you value them at 6 cpp there's an infinite money hack for you.

Thank you for this. This is a strong redemption as far as non-travel goes, and beneficial to a lot of people. The elitism in award travel community is really annoying.

buying straight from appl is the only way to get any legitimate "deal" on the latest, unlocked, brand new iphone this era. and paying with appl bux is the way to do it .... for those asking about best buy, wells fargo rewards occasionally offers 10% off best buy gift cards, and you can fund the purchase also with a credit card or bank account.

You can literally add unlimited card to your cart and the "place order" button seems to be still active. I wonder how that works? The point summary shows a negative amount.

That is maybe halfway true. This deal is like 1.4 cent value or whatever someone said. Sure maybe 6 cents is more common with premium economy airline tickets, but I book economy domestic flights with points at 4-6 cent value every year or so, which is still give or take 4x this value, which is quite significant imo I booked vacation to Paris next year and got like 8 cents or more per point. That was on premium economy, and subtraction of value from fees, tax, etc. I'm not really that into the travel points "elitism" as someone called it here, just google it whenever I'm in the market. Plenty of sites that help out with point value stuff

I first went through the main citi.com site. Logged into my credit card acct, then clicked on Redeem thank you points. It worked fine.
