I never had a problem with them. As soon as you get the code I put it into Microsoft redeem and it works

I think there is a conversion with ultimate would have to double check on the conversion, but I believe it's 12 months of core equivalent to about six months of ultimate

Have not had to renew my GPU but coming up soon. What the best way now? Let expire, get 36 months of core, then convert to GPU which I think would be 2 years?

is your game pass subscription currently active? I think it's 4:1 if you're subbed, 2:1 if you're not
