Walmart [walmart.com] has 2-Pack Muscle Rack 48" x 18" x 72" 5-Shelf Steel Shelving Units on sale for $79. Shipping is free. It is narrower than its wider version with 24" depth, but fit my small utility room and garage better.

I simply borrow the language from this post. However, this wider version of this shelf was just out of stock.

Super low quality and flimsy. Unless you don't use it for anything a bit heavy and I would get stronger ones.

I concur. Don't use this if you're planning to put over 40 pounds per shelf. They sell these exact same ones on Temu as well and they come from the same factory.

These will sag with any weight. They will sag much quicker if used somewhere that has humidity.

Pretty amazing price for two of these shipped to the House for $80. I'm not a huge fan of the particle board shelves either, but the price was too good to pass up. And when and if the particle board deteriorates, 1/2" 4'x8' sheets of plywood are only $25 a sheet, so for $50 and a circular saw you've got yourself ten much stronger, and humidity resistant shelves.

I'm just wondering if they'll actually ship, kind of seems like it was a price mistake by Wal-Mart.

Better yet, grab a 2x4 cut to length and screw in stretcher on the bottom side of shelf. You'll lose a little clearance but good enough. If you need something heavier duty just replace with plywood

Yeah, that would probably stiffen it right up on the cheap.

Still not sure if this was a price mistake or not, or whether this will even ship, but I can't believe anyone was hating on this deal. Particle board or not, You're not getting a 48"x72"x18" 5 shelf unit, anywhere for $40 shipped to your door. Temu has all kinds of photoshopped garbage to sift through and gamble on when ordering, but the only shelves like this one for $40 are 36" wide not 48". I can't build a wooden shelf like this for anywhere close to $40. I could maybe buy sheet metal, bend it with a brake, drill holes in the sheetmetal and buy some thin MDF and maybe come close to $40, but that's absurd.

It's definitely a really good deal. These haven't been this low since pre pandemic. I have a few in the garage to put my tools and haven't had sag yet but I'm sure they will eventually.
