The Nov 25 email about the clearance code includes this language:
Additional 60% Off Clearance offer with code SNOW60 ends at 11:59 pm PT on 12/08/2024. Exclusions Apply.

But they quietly removed that code and switched to CHILL40 instead. Has anyone ever tried to get customer service to apply a code that is no longer working based on the email?

Did your email have that language? Of the accounts in our family, some had the language about the bonus, but most did not. The ones that didn't mention the bonus said it was $15 off $45, but it worked on any amount.

Just checked my email for EB and it said I shoud have another December 12th. Awesome. I made a $20 purchase a couple days ago and the coupon brought it down to $5 with free shipping.

Great! When those emails came out on 11/29, I thought for sure there wouldn't be free shipping during the spending window. I'm happy I was wrong!

One of our accounts didn't get the bonus that was "spend by 11/24 and receive a bonus on 11/29" and customer service can't explain why. EDIT: The bonus came through today (12/3) so I was able to redeem during free shipping and will hopefully get the next bonus as well.

Mine said $15 off $45 but worked on a $15 purchase. Nothing about a bonus. I got some in October too but no free shipping so I didn't use them then.

How often do they offer free shipping?
