There was not free shipping and the coupon will work on any amount. I had a pick up order canceled just before that certificate came out, so I chatted with customer service and asked if they could waive shipping since the previous order to my store was canceled.

My "welcomeback15" code that they sent me via a "we miss you" email didn't work in the promo code section. It was supposed to be $15 off $45 but wasn't showing in my account.
They had also emailed me another code (not generic) which DID work without needing the $45 minimum. I just bought at 2AM PT and still got free shipping now, so that was nice at least.

I wish the $15 code I had worked for any amount but the one I have really requires you to have minimum of $45 purchase.

Are you sure you were logged into the right account? Only one of our accounts got that offer and the code only worked in the account that received the email. It did not show on the dashboard with the adventure rewards. And it did not work on exactly $45, but once I got the cart to $47 I could use that one in the promo code box and a certificate in the adventure rewards box:
