One of our accounts didn't get the bonus that was "spend by 11/24 and receive a bonus on 11/29" and customer service can't explain why. The order was placed on 11/24 and was for $14.40, so maybe it was processed too late or maybe you need to spend the full $15 to trigger the bonus.

They had also emailed me another code (not generic) which DID work without needing the $45 minimum. I just bought at 2AM PT and still got free shipping now, so that was nice at least.
