Oh I did not try the welcomeback15 in the promo code box... only in the certificate box and I didn't know they could be stacked so I feel so foolish now. Thanks for the tip, although now I don't know if it's worth trying to use this welcomeback15 separately to get to the $45 min -- I was hoping that it would be like the other code which didn't actually need a $45 min. I only have 1 account with a saved login on my computer so it wasn't that.

My memory of EB back in the 90s and aughts was a solid outdoor brand whose prices were a little friendlier than others'. After being sold twice (2009, 2021), I feel like the quality/value of their clothing has continued to decline. There are still B&Ms near me, and every time I check out their stuff, it feels more and more like another Authentic Brand name made for the clearance rack at Macy's than an actual outdoor line. I'd personally look through the Columbia 50% off sale for comparable items before submitting an order.

What they still have going for them is tall sizes. Otherwise the games they play with their prices are worse than ever. A microfleece shirt is $47.50 with the discount. A microfleece shirt in the clearance section is $79.99 to $69.99 with a 40% code, bringing it to $47.99 to $41.99. The Voyager Flex shirt is $37.50 on sale. On clearance Voyager Flex shirts are $64.99 ($38.99 after the discount code). Some sale.
A few years ago they screwed up and had both a coupon code for around 50% off and they lowered the prices 50% (they forgot to raise the prices before rolling out the coupon), that was the only time there was a deal, and they fixed that mistake quickly.

Love Eddie Bauer stuff! I just wish they still carried their crew neck sweaters. I used to buy them every year when they went on sale. Great quality, and warm!
