Microseconds. Price is what matters. Pretty Graphs and numbers are meaningless when comparing ram that are similar.

Is 4 channel still an issue on Ryzen? I know last year it was recommended to run 2 channel and not use all 4 ram slots

I have been running 8GBx4 on my Ryzen 5 2600x then upgraded to 5600x in an MSI x470 Gaming for ages with no issues. Even OC the ram with no problems for years

would mainly be a wash between the two. though the 3600 may eek ahead with a ryzen 5000 chip if you set infinity fabric 1 to 1, even with the worse timing.

intel only really cares about the speed so 18 is probably slightly better.

really if you are splitting these hairs you probably already have b die or ddr4 4000+ OR have moved onto ddr5.

ryzen 5000 does not have issues with 4 sticks. its ddr5 at high speeds that bring stability issues with the 7 series ryzen

yes, there are cheaper ones like KingSpec, but this may be a safer bet.

ram is a commodity you can rarely go wrong - especially highly-rated ones.

YMMV but I was able to run these, purchased about a year ago, at 3600MHz, even while keeping the 16-20-20-40 timings. I haven't bothered to push the timings any further to see if you can do even better.
As noted above, 3200MHz CL16 and 3600MHz CL18 are roughly the same. I wouldn't be surprised if they even use the same dies. You may have a better chance getting 3600MHz at 18-22-22-42 (timings from the 3600MHz modules).
