Cheaper than HD and Acme. Same cutters are almost $30 each if bought separately and you're only missing a Robertson. Not bad for peace of mind when working on electrical but you should still have the power shut off and wear some hot gloves.

I'm sure it's a quality tool though no DIY home owner should be messing with live voltage lines of 1000V or would even be close to this, I feel like at this price the screw drivers should have some kind of basic sensor built in to indicate live wires. Is that not made for liability reasons? I have my non contact sensor with me but those things are way too sensitive sometimes and indicates power in places you shouldn't have anything.
What do electricians of SD recommend for best way to check for live wire?

A digital voltmeter or test light? Seems those would be the logical choices.

It sure beats my method of quickly slapping the bare wire and bracing for a jolt*

*Clearly, I'm not an electrician - others may have methods that are more sound.
