Oh, put a sock in it. Between the screen being too small to read without scaling and no video cards being able to push max quality at 4K AND high frame rates (even an RTX 4090), you're just babbling noise. (And GTFOH with that capital-G "Gamer" preening.)

The 'DW' model also has an active cooling fan which is audible when it spins up. If you are sensitive to noise like this, I highly recommend you look at the 'DWF' model!

Besides the obvious lower in game FPS on 4k, smmmaaaallll text on a 34" Ultra wide... Umm 4k OLED monitors are 2x the price.

I purchased this monitor last year from Best Buy for $800, and I've got to say—it's worth every penny. The OLED panel alone is a game changer.
I use it alongside my RTX 4080, and I can run almost everything on ultra graphics with no issues.
This DWF model is a better option compared to the other, as it's more affordable and still works seamlessly with G-Sync.

And? There's still nothing in 2024 that competes with it. This is still the top performer in the 34" 1440p category.

This is a no brainer if you're looking for a 3440x1440 ultrawide.

You're missing out. 4k is really not necessary in this screen size. In fact it's probably worse. in the large 45"+ models 4k makes more sense.

I got this monitor 2 weeks ago. It's absolutely fantastic and I even "downgraded" from 4k IPS to 1440P OLED. Freesync works great with my 3070ti and the contrast of OLED makes up for the resolution. Truly feels like a next gen upgrade for someone who's never had an OLED or ultra wide.
