I just switched to visible a few weeks ago for this same exact plan. Any chance they would honor this deal for me to get the iPhone?

Does this discount apply to any other iPhones? Like iPhone 13 Pro Max, and pay the difference?

Just placed order. You have to provide port-in detail on checkout to get the promo code working. It will not transfer the line right away as it shows on the website. You can activate after getting the phone. eSIM or Physical SIM doesn't matter, same process for both.
