Be careful about porting a number. I ported in from Boost and the port was successful, but Visible is not allowing me to activate account on another phone since I have to wait for the phone to ship. This means that I have to wait for the phone to arrive in order to use my line... now I'm without service.

The port doesn't complete until you've activated the line your new phone.

Not the case with me. Ideally your service should keep working until you activate new service. I ported from boost, received my phone also but have not activated it yet. My port also shows as successful. Looks like since you tried activating it on old mobile and your number is released by boost and stuck in middle.

Can I trade in a phone if I forgot the pin? Having issues resetting it. It turns on but keeps delaying ehen I enter wrong pin.

Its an iPhone 6s that I havent used in a long time and it wont connect to wifi. I dont see a prompt to reset phone to factory
