You'll have to connect it to a laptop and put the phone in DFU mode. Hopefully you have the icloud login or it has been removed from the phone.

They will not accept a phone that hasn't been reset.

Visible needs the device to be active continuously on their service for 60 days. Switching out sim and keeping the phone unused/without visible line will not unlock it. This has been discussed several times in various threads.

Worked successfully for me.

Ported in from tracfone. Activated Iphone 13.

Warning if you don't have another IOS device. Log into the IOS device fully before trying anything since apple will make you 2FA with a phone number and if you only have the number you are porting registered, its hard to get into your Iphone.

Then moved pSIM to android and put Iphone 13 back in the box. Showing service through Dec 1 2025. Can't figure out when the Iphone will unlock but I read 60 days automatically.

For RCS on Android you might need to uninstall Google Messages updates and force stop. Then enable RCS on google messages, then update Google Messages.
