Now you should be able to activate service on the 13 and then transfer it to your another phone. This "shouldn't" interfere with the 13 unlocking at 60 days. But I put that in quotes because I've never done it myself and we all know sometimes things just don't go like they should. Only "safe" way is to use the 13 for the first 60 days of the year long service plan. But you'd shouldn't have too according to the unlock policy as I understand it.
I moved from Xfinity. You may face issues like enter new pin, that's because pin validity is 24 hrs only. Get the new pin and enter that in the app. That's it . All the best.

Visible's unlocking policy
Any smartphone purchased from Visible will be locked for 60 days from the date the device was activated on the Visible account associated with the purchased device. Once the 60 days are up, your device will be unlocked automatically.

Got two - self and spouse. Needed to buy each separately using different email addresses to set up new Visible accounts. Called current cell provider first to get port out pins for transferring each existing cell number to new phones. Per advice of other posters, checked trade in value for our current Moto phones, and hoping to get a nice credit for one of them. Will donate the other.
