Ordered December 2nd, got charged full price for the phone.

Waited 2 hours to chat with a live person. Agent said they had to process the return before trying again. She promised I would still be able to take advantage of the promo.

Locked out of my account since December 3rd, which is also the same day my phone was shipped.

Phone rerouted back to the warehouse and never received, but I was still charged - December 9th.

Got a call today that my refund was approved and would show up in 7-10 days. I was told that the promo was over.

Screw Visible. Great deal if you were successful I guess. Lots of stress and nothing to show for it on my end.

same happened to me...luckily I ordered another one using another email and google voice # with the promo code. It shipped and I got it. Waiting for a refund on the first one. These guys don't have a system to add a promo code after an order is placed. Such a hassle and joke.

Great deal! My Mint Mobile annual plan was about to expire so I hopped on this deal. Phone arrived next day. Activated without issue and am using it currently. Only thing is it's 128gb. I will return to my iPhone 13 w/256 and gift/sell this one in 2 months… Great deal and THANKS!

Did you forget to enter the promo code? The final charges should have showed up in your cart before checking out.

Chat told me 5 to 7 business days but the app under "Track my trade-in" says within 30 days.

My trade-in was delivered on 12/5 to Assurant and yesterday I got a mail confirming that my trade-in amount would be credited soon. On the app it shows that the amount would be credited by 12/17.
So roughly 8 days for a decision from Assurant.

My trade in was delivered 12/9 and got email today and it stated 3 business days. The app says dec 19 though.

I think USPS lost my trade in. It's been sitting in Lewisville, TX since 5AM on the 10th, and no delivery. Bwahaha...some USPS worker has a very nice condition Sprint Galaxy S5 🤣
