I traded in 2 phones for 2 iPhones on separate accounts. I mailed in the trade ins at the same time and only got paid for 1.

Who do I contact regarding the other one?

mine shows not eligible too at R, what gives, seems like a problem many are having with visible. any ideas to fix?
I did one in Sept for Visible with C1S portal (90 day payout) -- it stayed "ineligible" status until 1 week before the 90 day payout then it went "pending" and paid out on the payout date in Dec

It'll probably be the same with other portals where "ineligible" status = you haven't met the active service time period yet

I really wish they would refund the trade in amount back to the card instead of this eGC.

I'm in the same situation, C1S says ineligible. Hoping things change in 90 days like it did for you

Hi everyone,
I wanted to share my recent experience with an iPhone 13 I got from a Visible promotional offer in early December. This was meant to be a Christmas gift for my son, but we started noticing problems right after unboxing and charging the device for the first time. Here are the main issues:
  1. The phone wouldn't charge properly—it remained stuck between 0% and 1% battery, even with the original Apple cable.
  2. The battery status indicated that it wasn't genuine, with a message stating, "Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple battery." The maximum capacity displayed was 0%.
When I contacted Visible support, they were polite and responsive but unable to provide a replacement because the phone didn't have a Visible Protection Plan. They explained that the promotion's free iPhone couldn't be replaced or repaired without the plan, which I wasn't aware of when purchasing. Here's what they offered instead:
  • Return the phone and get a refund for the plan (not the phone, since it was free).
  • Keep the phone and transfer the plan to another device.
The only viable option seemed to be dealing with Apple directly for repairs or returning the phone to Visible, but it's frustrating because the replacement process should be simpler. Additionally, Visible confirmed that the model is being discontinued, so there aren't replacements in stock.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues with promotional phones from Visible or faced difficulties with warranty claims on free devices? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Take it to an Apple store, bring your order info, have them verify if it's new, battery health, warranty etc, If new, they should fix it, if it's had parts replaced, tell Visible you'll be filing a FTC report and contacting your Attorneys General to file a case of fraud.

Wow, this is shocking. I'm sorry to hear that. There have been a couple reports in the Metro iPhone 12 or 13 threads about folks getting denied when attempting to trade-in their Metro iPhones at the Apple Store due to a similar issue. Anyways, please report back on how you are able to resolve this.

After activating their iPhone 13 with the Visible eSim to start the 60 day unlock countdown, has anyone transferred the eSim to a different phone before the 60 days?

Has anyone been able to spend their gift card money? Anytime I try, whether online or in store with Apple Pay, doesn't work. It wouldn't let me choose a PIN so I called and was told it got locked for suspicious activity and they gave me a new card which still hasn't worked.

Edit: Worked for me at a grocery store using Apple Pay and the PIN set on the website.

I have used it to pay my utility bill. No issues.

I used mine to pay dog license renewal, and added it to my Walgreens and Walmart wallets. 2 purchases @ Walgreens on it.
