The finishing on these can occasionally be a little rough, but they do the job. Pair with a couple of bumper plates to bring the bars off the ground at lower weights.

Also important to note these are smaller diameter than a bumper or iron plate. Been using around 4-5 years, great set for the $

Any good deals on weight bench or power rack?
best bet is FB marketplace if you have a truck or other way to transport. Lot of people upgrading right now after black friday so you can find a good setup cheap local. just make sure you know your long term plans. if you want to add attachments down the road get a standard size like 3x3 with 5/8" or 1" holes or you'll be stuck with whatever comes with the rack. I thought i would keep it barebones but ended up upgrading to roller J-hooks, dip bar attachment, half rack conversion for weight storage on the rack, landmine, squat handles for hatfield squats, and upgraded spotter arms.

Thank you OP, picked it up just an hour ago at my local Dicks. I texted KICKOFF to 41389 and got the $20 off $100 coupon code and used it at the store.

Here is the link to the coupon instructions for those wondering.

Wanted to add:

Bought this exact set in March 2020, the last set at Dick's in Michigan (I think) the day COVID was closing everything, and I rushed to get my hands on some equipment. I've used the majority of the plates 2-3x a week for Bench/Squats/Deads/Rows/etc etc, all of the equipment has held up. I have used the bar (just did) for 4 years without any substitutions for the Olympic bar, and it's held up. I def recommend.

The ONLY gripe is the 45lb plates are slightly smaller in Diameter than a standard 45lb plate (maybe 2 inches smaller?) so your deadlift alignment will be different than if you used a regular 45. I eventually bought 45lb bumpers as I wanted to protect my floor/reduce noise, regardless, but I never had issues deadlifting with the original set. I think my max dead was 295lb with the original set, and no bending/damaging of the equipment. I only weigh 140-145, so the set/amount was def and still is at my peak weight.

I just picked this up today in store after ordering last night. They were having issues on their app and website last night but their cyber deal was $20 off $100+ bringing this down to $204.98. I also had $10 off with my scorecard so final price was $194.98. I got an email and text earlier today saying their $20 off was being extended to today because of the issues last night so not sure if that's still happening.
They let you apply coupon in store after you placed order online?

I got the same message online, I went to the store and bought it at the register, showed them the coupon and the lady was able to apply it at the register. The coupon code she entered at the register is 'P00051896'

Also, it rang up under the normal price at the store, I had to show the lady it was on sale online for $224.98, she adjusted the price and used the coupon code.
