Long story short, the current REGULAR price for this item at Target is $19.99 so $22+ isn't really a slick deal. On the other hand, it doesn't appear to be in stock on target.com and although they are still shipping to Target stores, it can be tricky to find it in stores this time of year.

For reference, the Paldea Adventure Chest that this thread is about does not include Surging Sparks. It includes packs from older Pokémon sets.
