If for some reason you end up returning the item, be really careful. I returned the bud3 pro and even took a video showing me placing each piece in the back in detail and packing the box. They send me a video of an opened box and said the item is not there and refuse to refund me. Still fighting over it. It's been a while. Never buy Samsung again unless from a store or amazon prime

If for some reason you end up returning the item, be really careful. I returned the bud3 pro and even took a video showing me placing each piece in the back in detail and packing the box. Just do pickup when buying from Samsung. The issue is that packages in transit are targets for theft. It's been an issue for years.

Does fedex track the weight of the return box? If so, you can cross verify what fedex saw and what Samsung sees.
