Finally some deals for customers like me on older plans, I jumped on the previous deal for 800 trade on a old S9 I picked up on ebay. (trying to see if I can get buds).
I get what you are saying for those on the newer Go5G plans but I pay less than those MVNOs per line with my current plan.

my order was one of the cancelled orders and I had to place a new order and call up tmobile and tell them to put me on promo: Smartphone Trade ID240577
Monthly credits remaining: 23
Amount of monthly credit: $33.34
On my paper "Promo ID:Smartphone Trade ID240577"
Update (FYI)
Last week, I went to TMobile Experience store with all paper work. They couldn't do anything. They called the TMobile customer service on my behalf and nothing was resolved.
Today, I dialed 611 and got it resolved (I hope). Apparently the promo (Promo ID 240577 or Promo Code P943) was not on my account. So Maria talked to her manager and now it is added. According to Maria, the promo $800 is splitted $160 (fair market value of the trade-in pixel 7 pro) and $640 (the remainder). The $160 will be credited as one time and the $640 will be credited over 24 months. The $160 and first month ($26.66) credits should show up in one or two billing cycles. Fingers crossed until I actually see the credit.
Good luck to you. BTW, I am on the Simple One plan.
I tried tforce again and it was finally sorted out.
1st contact by phone - Was told everything looked good and I will have to wait for the 2 full billing cycle.
2nd contact by phone - Transferred to a US-based supervisor who verified everything was good and to give it some more time.
3rd contact by phone - Was told I was out of promotion period.
4th contact by T-Force - Was told they would fix it.
If they told you it is out of the promotion period, you can ask them why you were able to complete the purchase. You should also have received an e-mail when you made the order that mentioned the promo. There is proof.
