I'm on simple choice from 10 years ago. Lol
Should put "Bill Credits" in the title.
Cause I am on the old "ONE" plan, got 6 paid lines and 6 free lines over the life of being a customer for 10 years.

Finally some deals for customers like me on older plans, I jumped on the previous deal for 800 trade on a old S9 I picked up on ebay. (trying to see if I can get buds).

I get what you are saying for those on the newer Go5G plans but I pay less than those MVNOs per line with my current plan.

my order was one of the cancelled orders and I had to place a new order and call up tmobile and tell them to put me on promo: Smartphone Trade ID240577

Monthly credits remaining: 23
Amount of monthly credit: $33.34

On my paper "Promo ID:Smartphone Trade ID240577"

I got thesame issue. Text and email from TMobile indicated $800 promotional credit but I have not seen any deduction in monthly payment. I called TMobile and the rep said if the credit does not show this month, I should get double the credit next month (and of course regular credit each month after). Will see. I will go to TMobile store if this is not resolved by next month.

Update (FYI)

Last week, I went to TMobile Experience store with all paper work. They couldn't do anything. They called the TMobile customer service on my behalf and nothing was resolved.

Today, I dialed 611 and got it resolved (I hope). Apparently the promo (Promo ID 240577 or Promo Code P943) was not on my account. So Maria talked to her manager and now it is added. According to Maria, the promo $800 is splitted $160 (fair market value of the trade-in pixel 7 pro) and $640 (the remainder). The $160 will be credited as one time and the $640 will be credited over 24 months. The $160 and first month ($26.66) credits should show up in one or two billing cycles. Fingers crossed until I actually see the credit.

Good luck to you. BTW, I am on the Simple One plan.

Tmobile is pulling a bait and switch on me. They are claiming I'm only going to get $500 in credits. I am on the 55+ plan. This is bogus!

Yeah out of 3 calls, one of them tried to tell me the same thing about being out of the promo period. One told me my bill was generated already so my credit wouldn't show until the next bill. One told me something isn't right and will escalate my case. I ended up sitting on the phone waiting and was eventually passed onto someone with no accent. I'm guessing someone based in the US. This person looked into it and said it shows I'm getting the promo. I just have to be patient and wait. My fourth contact was via X to TForce. This time I was told it shows I'm getting the promo but it's a known bug on TMobile's end. And nothing could be done until it's fixed on TMobile's end. At the end of the day, I have texts and email saying I qualify and am getting the $800. I intend to move up to the CFPB and FCC.

So did they say you were inside the promo period because they're telling me I'm one day outside.

So did they say you were inside the promo period because they're telling me I'm one day outside.

1st contact by phone - Was told everything looked good and I will have to wait for the 2 full billing cycle.

2nd contact by phone - Transferred to a US-based supervisor who verified everything was good and to give it some more time.

3rd contact by phone - Was told I was out of promotion period.

4th contact by T-Force - Was told they would fix it.

If they told you it is out of the promotion period, you can ask them why you were able to complete the purchase. You should also have received an e-mail when you made the order that mentioned the promo. There is proof.
