Finally some deals for customers like me on older plans, I jumped on the previous deal for 800 trade on a old S9 I picked up on ebay. (trying to see if I can get buds).
I get what you are saying for those on the newer Go5G plans but I pay less than those MVNOs per line with my current plan.

I dropped my Pixel 6 at a CORPORATE T-Mobile store. AVOID authorized retailers aka 3rd party stores. I never had a great experience with them and a T-Mobile exec actually advised me to avoid them.
The pixel 9 is a much better phone than the s22. I would also expect the pixel 9 to hold a better trade in value
What is the main problem she is experiencing? I ordered a 9 pro so asking

Yes, they give a receipt on spot so you know they received as expected. It's the best way to handle trade ins
