It looks like a Wyze v3 which I have several of. I'm tempted to buy one to see if you can flash this to Wyze v3 firmware but am too busy to experiment with this right now. Here's hoping someone else posts to this thread with confirmation regarding this possibility.

where does it say ---Smoke & CO Alarm detection? I don't see it in amazon description or roku site.

Roku cameras don't have a CO or fire detector. It has a microphone and can detect when your CO/fire detector goes off.
