Yup. They are like Ulta and CVS, two other brands that only allow 1 GC online. Ulta at least allows multiple GCs instore. CVS is by far the worst. They only allow two GCs even instore.
You guys might want to email the executives about the complaint. A lot of times, the executives don't know about this restriction and they'll try to get it fixed once they are aware of it. I managed to resolve Adidas's issue by emailing their CEO. (Adidas used to refund to GC first and then credit card if you used both types of payments.)
