Why? Sole F63 and Horizon 7.0 AT are much more expensive to own.. Costco has better return policy

How so? The sole app is free and includes 3000 plus video classes, this one you will have to pay $80 a year. Sole offers just as good of warranty as any treadmill on market. Sole has a weight capacity of 325 pounds, stronger and more durable than most. Not knocking this one but prob a reason the top speed is only 10 vs 12 of the sole. As a runner I would not buy this.

Subscription: I have tried technologym's treadmill and even those workouts are ok for an intermediate runner. I would not pay $80 for any workout subscription unless its zwift. Freebees are not professional level.

Weight Limit: sure, thats something each individual needs to look at.

Here is comparison of Sole vs Horizon 8.0 that I had done few weeks back.

Current Deals [Black Friday 2024]

Horizon: $899 + Shipping [$129-$350]+ taxes
Sole: $1050 + Shipping [$129-$350] + taxes

Additional Warranty Available:
Horizon: 3 yrs ($119.99) & 5 yrs ($149.99)
Sole: 1 yr ($129)

Return Policy
- Horizon: $0 if white glove service is used. Else 20% of the item's cost
- Sole: $250 for return shipping

If I select white glove shipping & Additional warranty available , I am looking at

Horizon 7.0 AT $1,367.99 + taxes [3 yrs addl warranty]
F63: 1,528.99 + taxes [1 yr addl warranty]

Personally these 3 are entry level treadmills, not geared for serious runners. You can buy what you want but for me I prefer to know what would it take to return if I do not like something and how much would it cost.

Warranty support for both horizon and Sole is not up to the mark.

For me costco return policy makes it "no brainer" to try centr compared to the other two.

If you are really a advanced runner you should not be looking at these at all. Go for Horizon 7.4 or Sole F80 or above.

Thanks

The lack of thumbs up speaks for itself, but at least you can try it and return it when you don't like as your basis of it being a better deal.

From my research it looks like Sole parts do not last and parts may take weeks but customer support is great. If they can't fix the treadmill they send you a new one.

6 min max pace is probably good enough for most beginners but I would wait for one that is at least 5 min / 12mph for intermediate runners.

You can hate this deal but your point that "Sole F63" is a better deal is just your POV. I find them to be extra expensive for beginner level - running.

My fav for runners is Wahoo Kickr run but I can never afford it, again thats my POV

Out of curiosity, why is this a better buy? Looks cheaper quality just visually, so I'm curious
