Great deal, but for those of you in the trades who might care, only one of the knives has the blade storage. Critical function of you don't like going back to the truck every 5 minutes or carrying a 50 pack with you!

I'd recommend this knife, as it's a much better over basic ones. Got it a month ago and love it!

If you have a Menards this set is $8. Similar to the Milwaukee Fastback with bit driver.

Yes, you're right. It depends what you need/use most, as was mentioned in previous comments. For me having bit holder is absolutely win. I also like it's solid metal construction with a lock in fully opened position.
Thanks. I did not know this existed. I think the 48-22-1502 also has similar construction and lock. I will pop into HD to take a look because you never know Smilie Apparently it has wire stripping capability so I learned something new today.

A 50 pack of Milwaukee branded utility blades is about 10 bucks, so you get two knives for 5 bucks each. I don't know if the new one with the bit holder and bit is worth the extra money.
I have this kind of blade dispenser from DeWalt and I hate it. It feels like it is jammed up all the time. Does anyone have experience with both the DeWalt and Milwaukee versions? If so, is the Milwaukee version any better?

If you are ruining a blade every 5 minutes, then those few extra blades aren't going to make much of a difference. You might want to consider that maybe you are doing it wrong. Besides, you can always carry a few extra in your mouth. One problem solved.

I bought the two knives w/o the blades that I saw here on SD, been great. Saw Milwaukee blades on sale on Amazon. I was scoring 6mm LVP spc. I did half a basement with previous old blades. Oh man, the Milwaukee blades scored so much better, easier, deeper, made laying down LVP faster.
