Any comments? It says 64in for the big suitcase and people say that is too big to fly with, in the Samsonite site. I got an A grade replica (3rd shift) Samsonite carry on bag in Thailand about 15 years ago and I dragged that for the next 10 years all over the world to more than 40 countries

Best to get a cheap brand than this. You did the slickest thing. I had one from big lots that lasted 11 years.

Samsonite has worst in class customer service and their bags are known to break locks and zippers with expensive repair. All name. Quality is the same as Chinese made (Vietnamese).

Ordered on Thanksgiving and they were supposed to be shipped in 6 days. They did not arrive on the date mentioned on the order. I call to see what was going on and they told me that these luggage sets were out of stock and did not know if they were going to get more. I had to cancel the order in the same call and they told me I was going to get a cancelation email but I haven't had any cancelation email yet. Do not recommend getting this on their website.

Stay away from these garbage, liner easily break with gentle use, warranty claim will be your nightmare.

Samsonite was OK as mid-low end brand, now just subpar.

They are barely over the limit, like .5 inches to 1.25 inches. They may not care, it's hard to tell. How stupid are they to make bags that are the wrong size.

Anyway my Samsonite bags have held up great for 3 years now. One lock broke on the big one and I could not find a replacement. I switched the carry on lock to the checked bag and back in business. I even tried to 3D print the broken part with no luck. I have the Winfield 2

I cannot speak to Samsonite's current quality, but I bought one of their computer bags at Costco many years ago, and it is still going strong without any zipper issues or other complaints.

Fake chinese products branded with samsonite wont make them everlasting. I got one broken in 2nd trip. Better to go with fabric made bags
