For am4 in most cases if you still want air cooling the Peerless Assassin 120 or the newer model phantom spirit 120 se is good enough for the price to performance if you are on a budget and don't care about RGB
Recommend this a watch if you can get your hands on one:

Albeit combined with the water cooler and cpu this is a good deal.

If you think that you really need this water cooler (you don't) then this might be an okay deal I guess.

They've got RGB models for almost the same price as well

It appears as though AAAWave are maybe trying to offload a loss leader product contingent upon the sale of the 5700X3D to reduce inventory...

As a collector of Thermalright heatsinks. I agree those are 2 fantastic options. The thermalright frost commander is also a good AM4 option. But not as good for AM5.

Not really. The 5700X3D is on sale regularly for $179 at various Microcenters. The Arctic 280 AIO can be had for about $68 via the Arctic store on eBay (plus shipping). It equals out to about this price together so don't be under the assumption that you're getting a deal when they can be both purchased separately.
