yeah i agree, i have this and upgraded to MQ3... how can they claim it works? it is very nice for MQ2 tho

This is true. I have this stand and Quest 2 and 3. However, if you buy controller covers with a hand strap, then you can buy this. Otherwise, this won't work for quest 3.

Duh. The 3 do not have halos on the controllers, butcthey do have safety/hanging strings.

Got this about a week ago for my Quest 3. The base Quest 3/3S controller likely would not have worked with this stand, but with the Kiwi controller grips, it works quite well for my usecase https://a.co/d/g1xCTW6

The purpose of this is to take up space on your desk, when you simply just place your headset and controller directly on your table or hang it on a peg on the wall. WTF are people thinking that they need this?

I have meta quest 3s with kiwi battery strap and it works great, you will hang the string straps of the controllers. Very solid product.
