Haven't seen this one specifically yet but got a $3 credit from a Ford ad and a Fairlife ad on the screensaver

I got these two the other day and they came up back to back. Very, very short ad to watch.

I watched the Ford $3 ad and got a confirmation email. But no credit was applied to my account and there was no discount off movies when attempting to purchase. To check balance in Prime Video, select a movie, then more purchase options, and then use promo code or credits. It shows your gift card balance and your Prime Video balance. Mine showed $0.00.

Contacting customer service didn't lead to any answers why it didn't apply to my account. There are some problems with this Prime Video promo credit system.

I had issues with the Ford ad and this Lego ad. Never received email confirmation or my digital credits. 🙄
