ELIGIBILITY: The Make Happy Memories with Russell Stover Contest ("Promotion") is comprised of a game of skill ("Contest") and a game of chance ("Sweepstakes") and is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Florida, Hawaii, New York, Rhode Island, and where prohibited) eighteen (18) years of age or older as of time/date of entry.
Prize: The prizes to be awarded in this Promotion are as follows:
NINETY-FIVE (95) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES (5 per Week): A Russell Stover prize pack, all details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Sweepstakes prize is $50.
THREE (3) CONTEST GRAND PRIZES: Winner's choice of a Holiday Season (November or December) 2025 trip to either New York City, Vermont, or Lake Tahoe (each a "Trip Prize").
Each Trip Prize includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for winner and up to four (4) guests via a Sponsor-selected air carrier(s) from a major commercial airport near winner's home selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion to a major airport near the selected destination city; three (3) nights' accommodations for five (5) people (hotel rooms, cabin, condo or resort, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); round-trip ground transportation between airport and accommodations; (standard room, quad occupancy); a check for $2,000 that may be used for spending money and incidentals, and a check that may be used toward taxes. NYC Prize: Includes a prepaid card that may be used to purchase tickets to a holiday performance; a $250 "Ice Skating Stipend" that may be used for ice skating; and $5,300 toward taxes. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of NYC Trip Prize is $21,300.
Vermont Prize: Includes five (5) lift tickets and equipment rental for two (2) mountain days; and $5,600 toward taxes. ARV of Vermont Trip Prize is $22,075.
Lake Tahoe Prize: Includes five (5) lift tickets and equipment rental for two (2) mountain days; and $5,600 toward taxes. ARV of Lake Tahoe Trip Prize is $22,350.
The total ARV of all Sweepstakes prizes is $4,750. The total ARV of all prizes available in this Promotion ranges from $68,650 to $71,800, depending on the Contest prizes selected by the winners.
