I have a brushless version, and it's my least favorite Ryobi tool. The vibration is insane. I thought it was a defect. Got another, and same thing. Like numbs your hands crazy. Had to cross the street and get my neighbor's Makita to finish my project.

I ordered this and got the message that it came in today, and when I went to pick it up the only thing that had been sent was the batteries and charger but I didn't realize until I left the store. The sticker on the box said "1 of 1" so they hadn't even shipped the multitool. I had to return to the store and then stand around for ages while they tried to figure out if they had it and then process a return/refund and reorder it. Now I'm probably going to get less credit card rewards because a promotion on my Sears card this month gives me greater rewards for online purchases than in-store purchases. So check your order before leaving the store, this should come in 2 boxes.

I got this one and a couple other Ryobi "deals" from The Home Depot. I'm not sure if I'm overpaying even at $79.

Bought a refurb one of these, and it broke on first use.
Went to a Milwaukee, and it's a beast!

They had the battery kit for $100 + free tool. You could hack it by returning the tool, it splits up the price of the battery like $55 something and rest to tool.

It wasn't worth the effort for me and I just picked this one. I'll pay the $25 for the tool of not dealing with the hassle or trying to take advantage of a promo.
