I'm not sure how to link this deal. I was randomly checking "my deals" section of my citbank app for credit cards.
I found the daily deal under "my deals" section is $100 target gift card for $80. This is a straight up purchase no points needed.
I clicked "explore products and offers" then "my deals"
Says it lasts 13 more hours. Limit 1 per account.
Found the fine print:
Eligible cardmembers must have a Citi® Diamond Preferred® Card, Citi Simplicity® Card, AT&T Universal Card and/or Citi® Secured Card to use the My Deals program. Account(s) must be open and in good standing under the terms of your card agreement with Citibank. An eligible credit card must be used to complete purchases through My Deals to receive member savings. Only the primary cardmember has access to My Deals.

QA note: deal availability may vary by account, YMMV

I have rewards+ and linked with TY program, no Citi Deals tab either
If you have a Discover card, you can also pay with that since this quarter's 5% category includes Target
Also, the Citi website and App get overwhelmed sometimes and even when you're logged in and ready at 1pm, you can't add the item to your cart. It's worth a go if you're not busy, most of the deals are solid and I've never had any issues with the gift cards they sell.
This is the easiest URL to use to get to the right section of their excessively busy, and constantly changing website. https://online.citi.com/US/ag/pro...rs/mydeals
YMMV (which goes without saying).
Happy holidays!

OP, thanks for posting. If would be helpful if you could upload a screenshot of the offer
Click on search and enter "my deals". Once you click on "my deals" it should come up,, if it's one of the cards on the OP's post.

I'm not sure why many other Citi products aren't included in it.
