Does OLED makes difference at 14?

Does it kill's battery?

Frankly, the other option, 1920x1200p resolution, doesn't look the best it can be. The 2.8K resolution of the OLED model is sharper. And OLED looks great on any size screen. If you've never seen an OLED laptop, go look at one and compare with OLED.

OLED uses more power than IPS, but I wouldn't say it "kills" the battery. You can set brightness lower and change some Windows power settings for the screen to compensate.

Does the oled matter if you dock your computer for 95% of the time?

Probably not, if you have other screens. Cheaper IPS screen would suffice.
