It works good! The pressure towards the ground makes it hover. I detail its use in this video:

These work ok. However, if you are going to dedicate a day to cleaning your parking pad, driveway, etc. Rent a 4,000+ psi pressure washer from your local equipment rental place with a disc. You'll be much happier with the results and time saved. I believe I spent $80 for a day rental. Ymmv on the price

Not positive this is the exact same one, but Lowes clearanced these out for $10 a while back and they weren't even worth that. Seems like the nozzles were angled too far towards the spin direction so there is very little spray doing any cleaning. Left terrible streaks along either edge even overlapping passes 50%.

Trying to understand. How easy is it to use one of these that do not have wheels? Do you need to carry it as you move along?

Note that these are also compatible with Ryobi electric pressure washers too, as both use 1/4-inch quick connection. Older Sun Joe (SPX1000 SPX2000 series) and Karcher (K2 to K5) use proprietary while their newer models (SPX3000 SPX4000 ; K1700-K2000) use 1/4" QC.

AFAIK, surface cleaner for electric pressure washers are 10-12", have plastic spinning arms for the nozzles, and never come with wheels (probably due to cost and speed reasons -- to clean properly, you can't sweep it too fast anyway). Only surface cleaners for gas pressure washers can come with wheel, are 14+" and more metal parts.

The pressure from the water blasting out of it causes it to lift, somewhat hover, and makes it feel like its essentially on wheels.

Anyone have thoughts on needing an extension or not? Looks like it's just the cleaning head.

Just came here to say F#%k Best Buy and their horrible return policy. They give you nearly no time at all and if you even think about arguing with them about it near the end of the return window they flex literally 0%.

This is why Amazon continues to drive brick and mortar to the ground. I can chat with them about something I purchased WELL outside of its return window and they always help in more ways than I can say about retail stores

It is just the cleaning head. No extension or wand is included.
They assume you already have a wand on your pressure washer hose.
Amazon has a slightly larger head with a short extension listed on SD site for $36. The extension appears too short to be of any use, tho.

Note: Not all quick connects are the same. Most are, but not all.
Always a possibility they won't match.

Used to be the case for Amazon for me but not anymore. I spend about $6000 a year on Amazon, so with that many purchases there are bound to be some issues, I've probably put in 4-5 a year, never an issue, until the last two times. The last one was a 6 pack of method hand soap. It showed up with 2 of the caps completely off, so the box was soaked in soap. But I just rinsed off the others, made sure I took plenty of pictures first just in case, and put in for a replacement. Usually they'll just refund and that's it. Worst case has always been they'll send out a replacement right away, and give a return label and 30 days to send the item back. Amazon wouldn't even ship me a new box until they received the box I had back. I told them I had to throw out the box and that I threw out the two empty ones but that I had pictures and they basically said too bad. If it was anyone else I would take my business elsewhere, but where would that be? And they know that.

Best Buy I don't order from often, but couple months ago they had an electronic top trash can as deal of the day for $20. When it came the box was dented and there was a huge dent in the side of the can. Did a chat and they sent out a replacement right away and send me a label for the damaged one. Took 5 minutes. The Amazon monopoly is a problem, but it's too late at this point

Because it's a POS, that's why. I have a similar piece that was included with my yamaha pressure washer from Costco, and I don't use it. I bought a real power washer surface cleaner from Amazon, with wheels, and while yes, $100, it's worth every penny.

This unit is fine if you have a small like 8x10 backyard patio or very small driveway. But, if you have any significant amount of work to do, it'll frustrate you. For $20 though, it's hard to beat the price.

Completely agree. Only buy if you're working on a very small area! And I mean like less than 100 square feet.

It's a pretty bad product. It got the job done, but stopped working after 1 use. Not worth $18 imo
