I thought about it, but one of the reviews says:
"It's cute and it's very exciting for the kids but it's definitely a lot of money. It doesn't cool enough and you can't leave it on constantly because it makes ice and runs and drips."

It also includes a picture of a label on it that says:
"This cooler is not intended for continuous use - we recommend you turn the cooler off intermittently"

So it's not really a "mini fridge", it's like the Xbox coolers they had. Lots of reviews mention issues when leaving it on, which is what most people would want/expect to do.

These things shouldn't legally be allowed to be called refrigerators.

Reading the reviews and the quality would be about the same as other thermoelectric mini fridges. The MSRP on it is dumb. But it does have ample space compared to other mini fridges in its price range.

Seems pretty slick for a $168 item. They could have made it insanely slick if they tweaked retail price more.
Seems more hassle than worth to keep anything in it cold...its better suited to cut the power cord and use as a small storage container

Any Minecraft fan would like this a lot even if the fridge function is not used. You could use it to store some snacks if the fridge is not that great. For $31 a great last minute Christmas gift!

YouTuber Technology Connections did a detailed review on these, search: Thermoelectric Cooling It's Not Great.

In summary NOT efficient as a fridge.

FWIW I bought the TNT 9-can the other day. Same manufacturer as this one. It is much cooler than my old one of a similar type. I use it at work for soda only. Nothing that will spoil. It's plenty cool for soda. I could take an internal temperature tonight if anyone is interested in that.

It looks like it has two plugs. One for the lights and one for the cooler. This would be cool to use for kids minec toys storage as well and not use the cooler part.
