Someone has posted lots of pictures on Amazon (see reviews). Wheels are from mainline and tires are plastic. It appears this premium just gives you metal base and cars are slightly more detailed then mainline. But with no premium wheels/tires, I will pass.

How does one discern rubber and non-rubber from a picture? My car's tires look like some of the tires on the pictures and I use a lot of tire shine.

The comments say the tires are not rubber and many people were disappointed by that.
