Well that just dropped it was this old price earlier today.
Such a crappy figure but $15 how can a transformer fan resist add it to the pile.

For real! At that price I picked up extras just to add to my pile of trade fodder for down the road when it's no longer easy to get and there's something I missed that I want to trade for.

Cracks me up. Just retuned the 40th anniversary G1 Prime since it was on sale for $25 less. Now I can return the previous sale of this one for a few more. 90 day return policy is the gift that keeps on giving. Question is will Prime drop anymore...

Prime dropped another 50 cents today...so it's possible it drops enough to make a return/rebuild worth it!

Not counting the cassettes that come with Blaster, soundwave, and bombshell, those 4 are currently all the 40th retro releases. That's all that were announced, IIRC.

Just increasing profits, I imagine. They decided Blaster was worth the same as soundwave, even with only one tape instead of two. Then they want to hit the 35 price point with the bug but it's not big enough so toss in a random tape, who cares if it's an autobot we can say they're fighting. Then it hits the 35 mark and people who just want the tape will in theory buy the whole pack just for ramhorn. 🤷🏻 ♂️

TLDR: money & reasons

i said the same thing. at least just give us a pack of 2-4-8 cassettes. but the insecticon with an autobot cassette is just reaching.
