it didn't show up at first, but asynchronously caught up and noticed that I had ultimate and EA Play needed to kick in the 90% off, so if it doesn't show up for you right away, give it a little bit of time and see if it catches up.

make sure you are logged in and you will see the "JUST FOR YOU
90% off Because you are an EA Play member" label.

I see it for $9 I got to get it (Star Wars Jedi Survivor deluxe) and the message says, "Oops. Not sure what happened there. Try again later."

Same thing on my end. Hopefully they'll fix the checkout issues soon. Did you try to buy it from your Xbox? It's not working on my mobile browser.

Looking at the Deluxe Edition of Jedi Survivor, it's a bunch of cosmetic stuff that doesn't really sound exciting. It's a fantastic price but the base game is also available on GamePass so paying $9 for cosmetic extra stuff doesn't seem worth it to me. Obviously you don't own the game with GamePass - if my subscription was close to lapsing I'd jump right on this one

I was able to checkout by placing item into the cart, then checking out from there.
