Looking at the product description at other websites, capacity is 2kWh for the base battery, plus 2kWh for the battery pack, for a total of 4kWh. Uses LiFePO4 cells.

Besides comparing specs, what are people's thoughts about the EcoFlow DELTA Pro EV 3600, running at $2099.99? E.g., they're same quality, one is higher quality? Customer service?

No personal experience, but from what I read, Jackery being a US based company with US based customer service center(s) people rave about how much better it is compared to others like EcoFlow and Anker.
