Very good experience so far. Got about 9 "used" guitars from them - received all brand new.

Same, bought several "used - mint" guitars from them on Reverb and they all came unopened brand new.

Dealer is good, their business is selling new excess inventory as used to bypass dealer pricing agreements. The worse the market for guitars the better their sales and stock. Keep in mind they are not opening the box before shipping. QC problems with Fender have been a thing for the past few years. Fender should still honor their warranty, but I haven't tested that recently.

Their "used" guitars do not carry Fender warranty, at least that is what they told me. And their "used" guitars are MOSTLY new, but can actually be in the used condition sometimes, as they will mix their own customer returns into the "open-box/used" stock.
