Just FYI, right hand, regular flex, 12* loft only.
Would be a great club for a junior, slower swing speed aged person or a cheap spare bag to share with people you just never play.

From what you described it seems like a good fit for me, would you say it would be fine for a beginner as well?

Should be an excellent club for a beginner without investing a lot of money. With the dollars you save get a couple of lessons from a local teaching pro and take advantage of internet resources...Danny Maude on Youtube is one that I like.
