I got this a few weeks back. A few black blemishes that came out with cleaner. A few deeper scratches through paint on base. Wheels looked new. Had 60 charge cycles, but battery at 100%. Had a throttle error pop up and I reported it to CS on app, and they promptly sent out new part. Overall, great deal, and I enjoy the scooter much more than I expected.
Not a bad scooter if you're under the 220 pound weight limit. Got one for my daughter to use on campus. I weigh around 205 though, and I could only go about 15-16mph, so the 18mph claim must be for the low end of the weight spectrum (unsurprising but confirming.) Slick deal if you get a good one.
just as an fyi... I have the first generation of this scooter. 18mph is nothing to sneeze at and definitely more than useful. But there are firmware hacks out there that will raise it to something like 25-28mph and more importantly acceleration improves dramatically and hill climbing improves dramatically. It goes from just ok to it will actually get a little scary in speed and the hills become just about nothing.
Seems like a total slot machine if you get one in acceptable condition. Good rail if you get a slightly used one with new tires, but would likely have to order a few and return the crappy ones. Some of the review photos are just of broken scooters.

Gonna roll the dice on a couple of these. Worst case I return them, but hoping for two acceptable ones and will take even one of them being ok. Family loved the cheap hover-1 refurbs I got a while ago so these would be a good upgrade for cheap.
Had mine for about 45 days got a battery fault error now I'm trying to figure out what to do in terms of a refund. Start the case with Walmart. They said it will take up to 48 hours
