Better than Costco's BF deal

Seems like one heck of a deal, especially without the need for credit card signups or gift card submission.

Plus, there's free installation which has been previously mentioned.

My Perilli tires came to $830 with free installation, tpms, disposal fee, Lifetime rotation and balance, etc.

Discount tire would have cost me $1200

Too bad, discount tire is closed on Sunday and online price match needs 1 business days. By the time the request is reviewed online or in store on Monday, it will no longer be available at Sam's club

They refused to install the tires I bought due to it being a different size than the one listed on the door jamb. I have aftermarket wheels which work better with a wider tire. The diameter is the same as stock, but they still refused to install it. Instead they offered to sell me a tire too narrow for my aftermarket wheels. So I paid for the wider tires and took it to a shop to have it installed instead.

What's a better 3 mountain snow rated tire - Michelin Cross Climate 2 or Bridgestone Weatherpeak? Looking for a good year round tire for a Subaru Crosstrek up in northern New England and don't want the hassle of swapping out for snows every year
Go with Cross Climate 2. I have a Tesla Model S Plaid (which churns thorugh tires) and a Toyota venza AWD. Running CC2 for last 5 years or so. Seattle region. Best tires all year round for here, handles snow, slush and slick roads very well, all year round. Performs well too for the Venza going some very light off roads.

Unless there's a big price difference I'd go with the Cross Climate 2's. They are the gold standard for all-weather tire.

Goodyear recently released the WeatherReady2, which is supposed to be equivalent or better than the older Cross Climate 2. But it hasn't been fully independently verified for the snow yet. TireRack did a comprehensive tire comparison including all the tires mentioned and the Goodyear WR2 scored the highest (not including snow & ice test).

I went with them because tire rack had a killer deal on it and user reviews say it's as good or better than the Michelin CC2.

After multiple attempts to checkout on final page and getting out of stock, I decided to see if any nearby stores already had them in stock. Interesting enough, one store did and it's an additional 61$ off for CC2! Everything looks the same except the part number is off by 1. 980283171 vs 980283172. Now I when I try to look for 980283171, it just directs me to 980283172. Anyone know the difference? Maybe I will get last year's tires?

Tire Installation Package includes installation but the tire installation package is not free, aside from this promotion. Otherwise it's $10/tire for plus members, $20/tire regular members.

America's Tire. Discount Tire owns them and tirerack.com, unfortunately. Mine charges $22 per tire for installation plus disposal fee and recyling fee craps cuz I live in CA.
That's pretty cheap to me. I don't have an America's Tire so Discount Tire charges $216 for getting four tires mounted. $22 per tire for spin balance. $16 per tire for mounting them and then $16 per tire for dismounting. No lifetime rotation or balance either.
