I called Amazon to resolve it.
It turned out that one time time while overseas for an extended period of time Amazon decided that my account was based in the country where I was getting deliveries instead of where my billing address. For some reason it did not change back for years after my return and certain products/sellers don't get shipped to certain countries (either because of sanctions or import duties).
I can't say whether this is your issue, but try calling them.

Pretty good deal for a 25" IPS 100hz monitor, would have gotten this over the Acer I bought in Late Nov.

I've never heard of it and the top reviews look like they are part of a review/ad campaign.
I've written positive and negative reviews about different products, but I've never specifically called out the fact that the brand is an OEM manufacturer (excuse the redundancy, I'm sorta quoting here).

Meh, for $48 shipped, can't really go wrong for anything except gaming or watching 4K video, neither of which I do on my PC.

I bought the 4K mini led in July. Just emailed support today to make a warranty claim. Left half of the screen isn't backlit. Happened in the middle of regular web browsing. Was a phenomenal screen up to this point, but reliability is too important for daily use for me to let this go.
